Talk to sales

Need something bigger? For businesses ready to automate across several departments, we scope larger AI operations systems individually.

We'll only recommend automation that pays for itself.

We won't promise to “replace your team” or “automate your entire business”. We'll look at your processes honestly, show you where automation saves real time and money, and tell you where it doesn't.

Every recommendation comes with:

  1. The process as it works today
  2. What AI would handle, and what stays with your team
  3. The systems involved
  4. Estimated effort and cost
  5. The expected time saved

Marham platform on desktop, tablet and mobile

Healthcare · Pakistan

Marham: booking healthcare without the phone calls

Before
Finding and booking a doctor meant calling clinics, waiting on hold and hoping someone had a slot.
What we built
A platform where patients search 40,000+ doctors by specialty and city, book in-clinic or video appointments, pay securely, and get refunded automatically if the doctor is unavailable. Lab tests and medicine delivery are handled through the same platform, on web, Android and iOS.

The Migration: qualifying visa enquiries before the first call

Before
Every enquiry started with a consultant working out, by phone, whether the person was even eligible.
What we built
A website with a self-serve PR points calculator and a personalized PR pathway roadmap, so prospective clients check their eligibility first, then book a consultation online.

AI automation services: common questions

What's included in your workflow automation services?

Everything from start to finish: auditing your processes, identifying what's worth automating, building the automation, connecting it to your systems, testing it on real data, and maintaining it afterwards. You don't need a separate developer or consultant.

Do you offer AI automation consulting services, or do you build it too?

Both. We start with consulting, auditing your processes and identifying opportunities. Then we build, integrate and maintain the automation ourselves.

Do you provide AI automation agency services?

In a sense, yes, but we don't sell a standard package or a chatbot. Every automation is built around your processes and your existing software.

Do you offer AI automation services for small businesses?

Yes. We work mainly with businesses of 10–100 people. That's big enough for manual work to be expensive, but usually without an in-house automation team. You can start with a single process and prove the return first.

Do we need to know what we want to automate?

No. Tell us what your team spends too much time on, and we'll identify what's realistic.

Will we have to change our software?

Usually not. We build around the systems you already use. If something can't be connected, we'll tell you before you commit.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

We design for it, with validation rules, confidence checks and human review for anything high-stakes, and every action is logged. The goal is fewer errors than manual work, not blind trust in AI.

How long does a project take?

A single automation typically takes 2–6 weeks from sign-off to go-live. Larger multi-workflow projects are scoped individually.

How much does it cost?

The assessment is free for qualifying businesses. Automation projects and ongoing care are quoted by our sales team once we understand your process, always at a fixed price rather than an hourly rate.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We sign an NDA before we see your data, limit access to what each automation needs, and never use your data to train AI models.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

Yes. We work with businesses in the US, UK, Australia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other markets.

Let's find your first automation.

Tell us what your team spends too much time doing. We'll tell you whether it can be automated, what it would take, and whether the numbers make sense.
